The first twenty years of the 21st century has brought the world an abundance of convenient technologies. As quick as you can say "I want to buy a house" you can access listings on the internet from most anywhere in the world and spend as long as you want surfing the websites. The one rule that holds true on any listing is visual content. If there are no pictures it will be most likely skipped over, if the pictures are of poor quality you will risk losing a prospective buyers attention. Provide your listing with professionally shot and edited images, you can bet you will hold someones attention.
The real estate photography market in Las Vegas has become saturated with vendors with a "Fast Food" business mentality..... Big photo packages for low prices and overnight turnaround. In order to produce that kind of product corners have to be cut.... minimally experienced photographers, all images uploaded to a software that will automatically apply the same edit adjustments to all images at once with little or no attention to detail before being sent to the client the next day. While you end up with images that may look a little nicer than what you could do yourself, most often the colors are not realistic, over exposed or over lightened, poor composition, redundant shots from the same angle. You may not get the same photographer every time you place an order....all in all the "Fast Food" deal isn't as good as it sounds if you as an agent are concerned with how you are marketing yourself to prospective sellers.
